  Would give 2.5 stars if I could.
  
  Food is okayish, just don't get too adventurous. Stick to western chinese takeway staples like sweet and sour chicken, fried rice dishes, chow meins etc - those are mostly edible, not amazing, but decent enough if you're desperate for chinese.
  
  However, as soon as you get into the more exotic sounding dishes, the quality pretty much nosedives. Also, stay well away from the western foods like onion rings, chicken nuggets etc - 100% guaranteed they will be from a frozen bag bought from Asda.

  Whilst on holiday in Scotland we were overcome by our desire for chinese food and decided to give this a go after having checked the general reviews. The services is ok and the food is fresh but we thought it overall was only average. The smells emanating from the food did not match the actual taste and thus left us with a slight disappointment when actually tasting it.
  
  That said please don't get me wrong - the restaurant is good, its clean and nicely presented. We have a very high standard in terms of chinese food and for us personally it wasn't quite up to scrap.
